"We would like to thank Jeff and his team for all their dedication to the process of selling our house. Jeff was always available to call and was quick to respond to any queries we had. We found his knowledge of the local area an asset and his utilization of internet technology ideal in today's market. Jeff and his daughter Melissa were always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and we would recommend them to anyone wishing for a professional and knowledgeable team."

"Jeff was wonderful. He made selling our house smooth and quick. He was helpful with tips on selling the house. It felt like we were working with an old friend and not a real estate agent."

My name is Phil Cozzetti. When I wanted to sell my home I interviewed a number of realtors. Four years ago, when we were looking to purchase a new home, we went with a Realtor who had left us notepads on our front door. He did a good job selling our home, but when seeking to purchase a replacement home, he often missed opportunities for us. When we decided to sell our current home and seek a new one, we wanted to make sure we chose a Realtor that would really go to bat for us, be honest, and produce results.

Jeff Fogler, whom we interviewed, struck us as a man who knew the business and seemed passionate about his job. Most importantly, he came across as very honest and didn't pull punches. He grabbed our hearts, however, when he arrived at our home toting a stuffed bulldog (named after his own dog, Murray) for our 1 1/2-year-old daughter. During our interview he presented to us, free of charge, a market analysis of homes that were currently for sale and had recently sold in our neighborhood. In this analysis, Jeff pointed out what he suggested, based upon these figures, we should price our home. I didn't like the suggested price! I thought our home should be higher priced. That's when Jeff's honesty came to the fore. He showed us the raw data with which I could not argue. However, he also made it clear that it was not his decision to price our home. Ultimately this was our decision. But he argued persuasively that if we were serious about selling our home, and selling it within a reasonable amount of time, we should consider pricing it according to the market analysis.

We thanked Jeff and interviewed a couple of other agents. All of these agents were competent and seemed capable of doing a good job. But Jeff's no-nonsense approach was very appealing. “Competent” agents that were nonetheless not very aggressive in their approach to selling/buying homes had burned us before. We decided to hire Jeff.

It was hard to bring me down off my hopeful price for the home, but Jeff made a persuasive case. We put our home on the market and waited. In a little less than three weeks we had something like 15 showings of our home and an offer! We received full price for our home! Our neighbor is also selling his home, for a price close to the figure I thought our home was worth before seeing Jeff's market analysis and being convinced by his sober logic and years of experience. I sold my home in less than three weeks with Jeff's help; my neighbor's home is still for sale and has been for nearly four months. If they had asked Jeff for advice and followed it, I'm sure they would have sold their home too. Jeff made us VERY competitive but fairly priced. We were very happy with the results.

In searching for a new home, Jeff kept us appraised on nearly a daily basis of new homes coming on the market that matched our search criteria. Jeff relies heavily on using the computer and Internet. Not that this is his only avenue of business, but for technology geeks like myself, I found Jeff's knowledge of current technology MOST refreshing and convenient. We were able to update each other with important information on an almost minute-by-minute basis. It made the job of selling and buying a home much easier.

Jeff uses his daughter, Melissa, to handle the purchase side of the business. She was great. In our first day looking on the market we found a home we fell in love with. Handling the purchase of this new home has also been relatively easy. Jeff makes sure to help us all along the way in any way he can. He is easily reachable via e-mail, cell phone or office.

In short, I would highly recommend hiring Jeff as your agent. I know that most agents can do the job and do it fairly well. However, Jeff brings more than just experience to the job, he brings attitude.
