From this website you can view searches that Jeff has set-up for you, view individual listings that Jeff has sent you, or do your own personal search. With HomeTracker you have access to every listing in the Denver Metro area and can search for listings based on location, type of home, price range, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, school district, floor plan, # of garages and much more.

Once you have done a search you will be able to add listings to your favorites, delete listings, request to be shown a listing, contact Jeff on a listing, view a map of the listing and more. HomeTracker will also notify you daily of any new listings that have come on the market that match your search criteria. HomeTracker does it all for you! Everyday HomeTracker downloads every new listing in the area and will automatically keep your searches updated.
