3. When you enter into a Buyer Agency contract with us, you may cancel it at any-time if you are not 100% happy and comfortable with our work. Buying a home should and can be fun. That's our goal!

5. We will NEVER try to SELL you a home. Just advise you!!!
6. You will never be mislead or given advise that is not 100% for YOUR benefit. Our advise will ALWAYS have your interests in mind.
7. We will advise you up-front if a property that interests you appears to have problems that you should be cautious of, or possibly even stay clear of.
8. You will receive a full-color in-depth property value analysis of any homes you are interested in to make sure your offer is on the money.
9. You will never be in the dark during the contract phase as we again utilize technology to give you access to all of your purchase-related paperwork online 24/7.
10. You will be connected to the finest people in the business when it comes to getting your mortgage, property inspection or insurance.
